- on 3 January: 1,374 shares at an average weighted price of 51.90 EUR,

- on 4 January: 2,655 shares at an average weighted price of 52.26 EUR,

- on 5 January: 1,145 shares at an average weighted price of 52.27 EUR,

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 496,607 representing 1.514% of all shares issued.
